The first light i’ve purchased works well. The second light I Purchased flickers on and off and the brightness changes. I tried contacting customer service with no response.

I immediately put it up and started a new grow when it arrived. Worked fine for seedlings, turned it up now in veg to 60-70%. Handles heat better than my last grow light. Heat keeps the room at 77-78 degrees. I am only giving it a 4 Stars because I still need to test flower.

I was looking for a big light for a 27x55x80 grow tent, when I came across the SH4000. I was running 2 Mars Hydro TS600 in the closet and figured I'd get a 3rd light and try the Sayhon SH1200 since they was about the same size in dimensions. A few days after putting it up in the middle I noticed the buds on the Autos getting really frosty and the plants under the Mars Hydro pulling towards the The Sayon SH1200! Placed my order for the SH4000 that night and I've been well satisfied from the light to the customer service! I even replaced my other 2 Mars Hydro lights for 2 more SH1200!

I was lucky enough to purchase this while there was a coupon available. The coupon made the light an excellent value buy. The light itself is intense, much brighter than i had expected. Completely different and definitely preferred over the two small purple lights it replaced. Hanging the light was a challenge. It took several adjustments to get it totally level. I hope the lifespan of this light lives up to it's claims but only time will tell on that. All in all its been a great light in the few weeks I've had it and my plants are responding positively.
