Shipping Zones
Currently, we can ship products to United States (including Contiguous States, Hawaii and Alaska) and Canada on the online store. Customers in other regions need to go to Amazon, eBay or contact our reseller to place orders.
When you browse a product page, you can see country options showing if the product is available or not in that country.

* For an order weighing under 600 pounds (272 kilograms), we charge $20 per 60 pounds (27.2 kilograms); under 300 pounds (136 kilograms), we charge $10 per 30 pounds (13.6 kilograms); under 150 pounds (68 kilograms), charge $5 per 15 pounds (6.8 kilograms).

The actual delivery time depends on your delivery address. If you select and pay for expedited shipping but we find your address not available with this service, we will inform you and refund you the same amount you spend on it.
Purchase for other people, companies, or organizations?
Usually, we will quickly process orders with identical shipping address and billing address.
We appreciate our customers often place orders for their friends as gifts or just make purchases for organizations. In these cases, when you provide two different addresses, we may contact you via the email address you offer or phone number to verify the transaction. In some cases, we will directly cancel the order for fraud control.
Additionally, we need extra time to confirm and process bulk orders. Usually, we will fulfill bulk orders and directly ship them from the factory, so the delivery speed of bulk orders is uncertain, and we will contact you via email then.
