SAYHON SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing
Once you have placed your order, a confirmation will be emailed to you, indicating we've received your order and payment.
For products ready for immediate shipment (within 1-3 business days), your order will be processed and dispatched. SAYHON may notify you if additional shipping charges apply based on the carrier's rates and your chosen products.

American Warehouse
Our American Warehouse caters to all orders within the mainland United States. Shipments are facilitated via Fedex, UPS, or USPS. No import taxes are applied to orders shipped within the mainland United States.

Other countries

We can ship to other countries except the United States. Products are shipped from China warehouse. Some countries may need to pay shipping fee.

When you fill in your address, you can see country options showing if the product is available or not in that country.

FedEx, UPS, USPS,DHL and Amazon shipping, mainly depending on your shipping option and delivery address.

Shipping Fees and Delivery Speeds

If Your Package is Marked as Delivered But Not Received
Survey your home's vicinity for the package and inquire with neighbors.
Report a missing package to the shipping company for swift logistics information.

Please Note
SAYHON isn't accountable for stolen packages from the delivery address. Ensure you select a secure delivery location. If items go missing, a minimum of 30 days is required for an investigation.
